It really depends on what salad and dressing you choose to eat. Southwest salads are great – but watch what dressings you add to them. The light lime flavor is one that they had at the store. The only thing that matters is looking at the nutrition facts and checking the fat, calories, and sodium content. There is nothing wrong with fast food in general, but unless you consciously choose healthy options and check the nutrition facts CFA is generally better than average.
